Jumbo Publishing’s Sarfraz Nawaz In Figures graces Lord’s library

Sarfraz Nawaz In Figures, one of the Jumbo Publishing’s proud publications brought out during the current year, has found its way at the prestigious MCC Library, housed in the historic ground, Lord’s, regarded as the home to cricket. 

The handy book, Sarfraz Nawaz In Figures, compiled by the veteran statistician, Abid Tufail, became a centre of attraction during the second Test between England and Pakistan of the 2026 series which got underway in damp conditions on August 27. 

 Abid Tufail’s maiden book covers in detail the statistical aspects of the entire cricketing career of one of Pakistan’s premier fast bowlers in the 1970s, Sarfraz Nawaz, who achieve global fame and recognition mainly because of his invention of reverse swing. 

Jumbo Publishing, as it is commonly known, has carved a niche for itself by bringing out unique publications and Sarfraz Nawaz In Figures also happens to be the first of its kind book in Pakistan. 

Neatly printed on Matt Finish paper, the book is priced Rs 1,500 in Pakistan. The cover of the book, widely praised for its elegance and beauty, is designed by the young and creative artist, Dr Beenish Khalid.

Sarfraz Nawaz In Figures is considered a must for every cricket follower who is interested in learning about the statistical aspects of the books.
